Jeffrey is a handmade teddy bear who proudly wears red, white and blue. He comes with a flag which can be positioned in any manner that you find pleasing.
The teddy has fully jointed hips and shoulders and is able to sit on his own, without back support. His joints, eyes and nose are safety items, making him washable and safe for children as a "bare" bear (that is with all accessories removed). He is 16 inches tall.
Surprise that special person that has served with a handmade bear of their own.
